the man behind the gladds
Growing up the son of James H. Brown Jr. and Mary W. Brown, James was the middle of three children, having an older sister and a younger brother. James grew up as an avid horror movie fan, watching movies from the early 1900s all the way to today. This would be the foundation for his first book series "The Gladds". After graduating from Norfolk State University with a degree in Entrepreneurship, James set out to open a sports bar. It was during the process of launching the sports bar where he would have a nightmare that changed his life. This nightmare gave rise to The Gladds. James is also a motivational speaker and believes that if a person really wants something then they would find a way to get there. Nothing will come easy but the harder the battle, the sweeter the victory.
